Service – Our server Shelly was very pleasant, knew the menu well, and took excellent care of us. The entire staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodated our every need.

Ambiance – We sat in one of their private dining areas, very quiet and romantic.  Unfortunately, it was a bit too dark to take pics of the delicious food (I didn’t think of that until it was too late!) Don’t worry, I will be back!

Meal Consumed -Amuse Bouche – ricotta cheese fritter, Brussel sprout salad, Caesar salad, Lemon sorbet oz., 8 ounce filet mignon, Dauphinoise potatoes,  Sautéed asparagus, Cornbread, and needless to say no room for dessert!!  Wine – Manifesto Cabernet ordered, they were out of it so they upgraded me to Oberon Cabernet at no extra charge!

QuantityVery ample, I have enough food left for at least one other dinner.

QualityExcellent, like I said, I will be returning soon!

My dinner companion – my husband Mike, it was nice dining with you dear!

In my opinion ……. Every course was excellent, tasty, artfully prepared, and served at the proper temperature. The ricotta fritter was delicious, topped with a fresh oregano sprig.  The ample breadbasket comes with a variety of breads and the best cornbread I have ever eaten; salty yet sweet, and it melts in your mouth.  The newer menu item Brussel Sprout Salad is a winner!  The Caesar salad is always good, Mike and I generally order one to share. The dauphinoise potatoes are divine, of course I am a potato “girl”! My filet was cooked to perfection (medium rare), and the Oberon Cabernet was delicious.  This is a perfect restaurant for a special event, i.e. anniversary, birthday, and just going to celebrate the art of perfectly prepared food!
