FOUR WAYS TO HEAR “DELICIOUS DINNER” FROM YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS

THE MONTH OF APRIL IS BLOOMING WITH IDEAS!  **BONUS**ONE YUMMY BLUEBERRY MUFFIN!

Four of my favorite dinner recipes for you to enjoy during the month of April! I have included numerous ideas to make these made from scratch meals stretch throughout the month. You will always have a backup plan for a busy night and avoid that fast food lane. Also included is a recipe for the most delicious Blueberry Muffins you ever ate! I want to know what you think – Send me your comments!

1) Chili – Potluck Chili – for Opening Day Baseball Game Tailgating, or Sunday Supper for a Crowd

Leftovers – Chili over baked potatoes, chili mac, chili dogs, chili and cheese omelets. Chili freezes extremely well. Freeze in one pint or one quart containers. This large recipe will make a month’s worth of ideas possible!

2) Salmon Patties – light, healthy and good for you! Serve with fresh asparagus, mac and cheese, baked potato or rice to complete your meal. These patties also freeze very well. Make mini salmon patties and serve as an appetizer and watch them disappear! Make a double or triple batch and enjoy throughout the month.
