Twisty Kitchen Tip:  How to Keep Celery Crisp

Do you like limp celery?  Do you like to throw celery away, which is basically throwing money in the garbage can?  I don’t think too many of us would say yes to these questions!

To keep your celery nice and crisp FOR UP TO A MONTH it is just this easy –

 


INSTRUCTIONS –  TRY THIS TWISTY KITCHEN TIP TODAY!

Take your celery stalk out of the plastic that it came in and recycle the plastic if you can.  Remove any wilted leaves or badly bruised stalks or parts of stalks, if necessary.  Keep the good leaves, they look great in a Bloody Mary and give great flavor to soups and stews!

Pull out a very large piece of foil (heavy duty foil is best) that is long enough and wide enough to wrap the celery in completely.  No part of the celery should be left uncovered.
